But most of this stuff is so contrived and convoluted, I feel like I never make any headway.

And whenever I actually do feel like my understanding has improved, even slightly, the next thing I read shatters it all.

It also doesn't help that the information is spread out across loads of facebook posts and their comments.

Its all very frustrating. And its also the kind of thing that most people will NEVER be able to deal with.

No one else in my family is ever going to spend hours and hours combing through facebook posts and comments trying to piece together how bits of our system works.

I do understand the whole 'due diligence' deal. But that doesn't mean that we can't make it easier for them.

Don't get me wrong Scott, I wholeheartedly appreciate any time you've given to trying to teach, and spread understanding. The value of which is incalculable.

But even my understanding of 3 simple points like those, is pretty much zero.

Who's definitions of those words should I be using? Since you're the one attempting to communicate them, should I be using yours? In which case, I almost certainly don't understand them.

Take numbers 2 and 3 for example. I really don't have a clue what you mean when you state them. Without further clarification, they pretty much exist in a void.

As for number 1, it seems patently false to me. And I've spent a good deal of time trying to understand if I'm missing some information, or some connection. Some people in this group have parroted that statement in other posts, and I went on at length discussing and disagreeing with them. In the end, I feel that they essentially conceded the point. That doesn't mean that you would, but overall, it leaves me quite confused.

Furthermore, I'm actually scared to post this, and other such comments. I feel like I have to walk a fine line when saying 'that I just don't get it', for fear of being considered either a troll on the one hand, or an idiot on the other. I really don't want to be removed or marginalized from this group.

I believe that I am relatively logical. Seems to me that if these concepts are graspable, I should be able to grasp them. But after years of paying attention, and countless hours spent reading and listening, I still feel lost.

I may suffer from multi personality disorder because they spell my name differant ways and I use differant names for special purposes (It keeps the police confused), I am here to observe and gather more tools. My friend would like to come to this site, but he does have an imaginary friend and a special pen. I told him Scott may be able to deal with the special pen with the purple ink part but he would not allow him with his imaginary friend. I put up with his imaginary friend because he does have other redeming qualities and never a dull moment. it's been very exciting to see him piss off most agencies, cops and have judges screaming with "hair on fire" in the fake court with no flag. They are so unlike the intelligent,seemingly peaceful members of the judiciary who only use" Harmless Words"to create and construct situations that generate an income for the court system and they protect that system against any accusations of disreputable practices and so the court officials will quickly distance themselves from the hired thugs if it appears the smell of rotting bacon is rubbing off on the " Honorable Reputation of the Administration of Justice." The Justice System takes advantage of every soul who walks into a court room when they make the presumption that the "Man"is knowingly consenting to being identified as a "Corporation/Fiction" and excepting surety for that name. This CRIME is witnessed every time by the "Special Constables"(sworn peace officers) present in the body of the court and who are either totally incompetent or willfully blind to the fact that a breach of the peace and "Conspiracy to Commit the Fraudulent Transfer of a Security Interest" is taking place.This is an indictable offence that amounts to Breach of Trust and TREASON to which the Judge is a party to! There is a public interest in the information and as to what goes on in the courts.The honorable reputation of the administration of justice is at steak here if the secrecy is permitted to shroud far too much of that critical information and in It's proper context.The integrity of the justice system is in question and should be scrutinized by the public givin the scope of the implications made. The public has a right to know and be fully informed.There has been an outrageous lack of transparency and far too much ignorance as to the reality of what goes on in the court room.Almost everything is done in secret and kept secret.Everything should be public.Transparency and accountability are at the heart of all the issues raised and there is little room for secrecy in the public arena. they want to attach liability to that name, without that name you dont appear on their system. i like the i am the man that was arrested/stopped who are YOU line, when he identifies himself (he may not) they still need a valid cause of action to interfere with you. If he refuses to identify himself, he has committed the offence, if he cannot validate his interference... he has committed a crime, but these crimes go un-noticed, un-expressed. "The case is not about the facts its only about the facts as pleaded" so our side of the story/fact is never relevent. I've seen people being done for resisting arrest.... even though there was no reason for the arrest, the justice will ignore & prosecute whats put in front of him. So i suppose in this instance its all about making your facts relevent. law is evidential & legal to my understanding & they presume the evidential & focus on the legal.
