I think it boils down to international bullying. the US is the self appointed enforcer/expoter of its own law. Its a matter of enforcement really, who's big enough? if there were a war/crash tomorrow & the US slipped off its top spot to Russia/China I believe the US would lose its ability to substantiate or maintain such a clause/foreign policy.

I raised this question at TTFL regarding a parallel of the USA not wanting to relinquishing their powers over the rest of the world, similarly, we humans don't want to relinquish our inalienable rights to a social contract we-ourselves had not endorsed wittingly. The USA conditionally joined with reservations at the onset and signing of the contract. Parents unknowingly contract on the child's behalf, without any conditional reservations, not understanding the full implications and requirements of said contract. When we use this "birth certificate" improperly, we solidify the contract and in doing so, opt out of our inalienable rights to remain as a "child" under god and the care of the state. How far off am I so far?

again its the enforcement, superior presumption in the face of our lack of fact and/or ability. i imagine it like being caught up in a large crowd exiting a football stadium tunnel, with very little effort you move along with the crowd, try to stop is more effort & you are still swept along, turning & moving against the crowd takes real effort & will. all men are capable of being eachother its just a matter of experiences & will, we're all made of the same stuff? what is it in our psyche makes us play these almost default settings/ roles when anything is possible..running at idle.... :O ... = weed/sleep deprivation haha i have a point here somewhere? yeah social contract is the heroin, in the short term it stops you getting sick but in the long term is it really gonna make you better?? junkies here refer to it as their medicine, their sad delusion is their undoing. the state hooks you up early, makes it easy & routine. mundane makes us docile, everybody else is doing it, its easy... yeah back to caught up in the football crowd & being dragged along. Birth registrations?.I have a 17 yr old daughter so it doesn't sit easy with me,with puppy dog eyes i followed every order unquestionably, look everyone I'M DOING EXACTLY WHATS EXPECTED OF ME (y)

the birth cert is a piece of paper representing a presumption, but its a massive presumption with force, the force of the unquestioning minds around us who play along, join the army/police/public service/politics. As rergards linguistics, i wanna learn from this guy... https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=LIYad3TvY6Q
