Yes ChiefRock- i think its a tie who has written THE text on Contract-law between WADDAMS, and FRIDMAN...Judges/Justices consider these to be THE "well-regarded-texts" that they use to cite contract-law-stuff from what i was told

Everything that comes out of their mouth is just offer and/or acceptance...it's basic due process that if mentioned/offered:) as such, non response is acquiescence/tacit agreement...the public do it ALL the time. Equal protection under law, means I can do it too:) No litigation nessasary.
