I have to use the person I have in my pocket to APPLY in these fucking court....I just CAN'T go there....

He provided NO proof of this, so they can presume! "PRIVATE CITIZEN" by the legal definition of the words on their own, would be the same as TREASON, in that jurisdiction. A CITIZEN IS, in fact a Government Agent. It's THEIR WORD, under THEIR Charter. What is the idiot doing challenging it for? Will he challenge Wal-Mart's CHARTER too? ...even though he has no standing in Wal-Mart? This is what confuses me. Why do you care what a foreign corporation says about "citizens"? Why are you claiming "citizenship" in ANYTHING?

I will NOT consider this "ruling" until "Private Citizen" is defined! Seriously. Why does nobody ask the relevant questions? The question ' What the ACTUAL FUCK is a "PRIVATE CITIZEN"?' nullifies anything this ruling has to say.

Then all the laws,acts and statutes apply to all Canadians and trying to say they don't because we are not government agents is moot! Then your only recourse when dealing with tyrannical authority is not to claim surety for the Birth certificate.Anything else is appealing to your rapist or recreating the wheel.Then becoming a freeman would be a "belief" and would entail the indoctrination of a large group of fellow believers to reach a tipping point where a majority of said believer could execute change as they see fit at the same time becoming the rapist to the new minority!

Showing up and begging to be, on your own free will, in their court as a citizen, and then trying not to be a citizen, or be a special kind of citizen, is moot.....and ridiculous...I know, I've done it :D They kicked me out :D Of course, I had no idea what was a citizen in these days :D And I STILL have no idea what's a citizen is.....they don't want to explaine it to me :/ So, I can't be a citizen for the moment.....sorry :(

Citizen is "Non Commissioned Foot-Soldier" under ROMAN law... Just saying... "Civic Duty" is for "Citizens" ;)
