I have the name of the exec, I'm looking for his DOL insurance policy number and company who insures him

I know they have it, I saw it in their Notice of Annual Meeting, MGMT Proxy Circular, but it didn't give any names

maybe just demand it in a letter then? i'd imagine it has to be public info? being able to prevent claims by ignoring demands for the policy No. seems a bit too much lol the policy is there to protect him , so if he's not forthcoming he accepts liability in the private??
