Execution of security certificates
29. The Lieutenant Governor in Council may provide for the manner of executing security certificates and the coupons, if any, attached thereto, and may provide that any signature or signatures upon the securities and the coupons attached thereto may be engraved, lithographed, printed or otherwise mechanically reproduced.
