Cara Small Atherton When one files for corp, would one file as a non-resident alien? Cara Small Atherton Do the PERSONS file for corp or do the Man and Woman file for corp? Does filing 2 corps have any advantages? Cara Small Atherton First file lien then compose decree forcing destruction of marriage.

Questions: What if both the persons are liened into a private trust prior to the marriage, would they then be able to lien the married person into the private trust as well, as it is a product/consequence of the two persons? If the married couple are now considered 'one person' legally, what is this new person's name? Consequently, wouldn't the new person's name be separate or different to each of the persons that combined to form the new person? As the two comprising the new person are the only party(ies) that provide value, can the new person be liened into the private trust? Apologies for dumping a bunch of questions here, but they bubbled to the surface while reading this thread.

Possible suggestion. Notice of Correction for Fraud: Hey, there was no disclosure in this agreement I didnt realize the state was taking legal title to this trust. Im firing you as trustee and you (the state of/gov) as beneficiary. Heres the new trustee and beneficiary. Thanks for nothing. Grantor. Without full disclosure, there is fraud. Then follow up with a Cease & Desist Order.

Scott Duncan Women are PREY. They know this, because they love to be chased. I'm old and lazy. I don't feel like chasing. So I solve this little conflict by tying up thought processes. This leaves them open to programming. As I said, it is STUPIDLY easy to steal a woman's heart. ...the ones who give it willingly will be your undoing

This is the dumbest myth EVER. "Prenuptial Agreements" are the invention of lawyers, and don't actually DO anything, and if you intend to follow up with an "I know a guy who knows a guy" story contradicting that, I'll thank you for shutting your fucking pie-hole, and spare me the bullshit. If you claim it was you, I'l just ban your ass for lying. ...or you can NEVER mention "Prenuptial Agreements" EVER again. That works too. Any questions?

I saw an interview on TV one day with the "top Hollywood divorce lawyer" aired on the TMZ show while spending time somewhere nobody would ever enjoy and she has, if I remember correctly, 2 children from 2 different men I think and she never Married them, she said "I know the law and a do not want the State dictating anything concerning my marriage" so if an attorney won't marry because of the State then I think we or anyone who cares about this type of matter should take heed to her free TV advice.
