wouldn't the "benefits" be the opportunity to get a social insurance number, to get a drivers license, to be "protected" by their laws...by the charter of rights and freedoms etc?

The SURETY is the benefit, and it is liened by the corporation....so he is NOT LAWFULLY entitled to it.

In my view one of the most important benefits is that we are guaranteed a Republican form of government. In writing some Complaints I have referenced "TRAINING MANUAL } WAR DEPARTMENT, No. 2000-25 } WASHINGTON, November 30, 1928" for an explanation of what that (Republic) means. You can find a copy of this comprehensive manual here: http://www.barefootsworld.net/tm_2000-25.html

Here are some benefits: to be beaten by police, brought before a justice, thrown in jail, get to pay taxes (more than half your income), have to ask permission to do almost anything, have your children taken away, have your home taken away, bank account drained, assets frozen, tortured (Mahar), killed, detained indefinitely, the right not to face your accusers, the right to not know the charges against you, the right to have your bank account drained to help the banks bail in, the right to put everyone of your ethnic heritage in concentration camps, the right to confiscate all your money and property to support wars, the right to be experimented on (MK Ultra/GMO FOOD), the right to be injected with mercury, the right of your children to be born with over 200 toxic chemicals, the right to fluoridated water, the right to dirty water and air, the right to access chemicals and radiation and poisons to help you get better..etc etc. I say your with my tongue in my cheek.
