Is it possible to tell your employee that works in, Mirabel (Quebec) about it? ...the one that was working this past saturday morning (august 31st)....she have made a tantrum on me that day about this return address thing.....treating me like a garbage bag....

I've asked her WHY she takes this attitude on me, and she answered me that I was trying to change HER system, I just don't want to put a return address on my registered mail I send..Because I have NO OBLIGATION of doing so...That's all.!!!

Please call her and tell her to NOT bother me with this no more....I would really appreciate, and if she could be nice, that would be a bonus :D

And then I made a nice official complaint to Canada Post, which I will send REGISTERED mail, without return address, and I will make sure that this lady, who treated me like a garbage bag, will proceed this letter, without a return address, having a complaint about HER inside :D

Question Scott what's the big deal about using a return address if you choose to do So are choose not to do so what is this conflict here about using the return address?

I understand that people don't want to use it because they don't want to accept sure but how is that accepting shirty does not the legal person have a legal address?

Oh so you don't think DTE Energy which sent the bill to this address knows where I live or where the person lives?

By putting a return address you would probably be implying an intent to do business with the other party. If I'm sending registered mail I send their letter back along with it. It was sent to the wrong address as there is no MR. O BRIEN here...

all I see what you're doing you're running from your obligations as executor of the estate of the legal identity

the address that is used on the bill of exchange is not my address if the legal person identities address it lives here not me I'm human being I live on earth

I do not have an address the legal person has an address

when you see in all caps name the company that's trying to contract is trying to contract with the legal person I have to as executor of the estate contract with them back and discharge the debt

when I got my bill of exchange notarized the notary public asked me what date I wanted to put on it and I said well todays date we wouldn't want to ask for her to commit fraud and she wink at me to see if I knew my power of attorney. I responded with ma'am it would be fraudulent to put any other date on there but today's date

the BC is a surety Bond. the all caps name on that document is a person

ME=1 Party. person=2 party. dte energy=3 party

the notary public just witness is my signature validating that I'm acting for the beneficiary

Canada Post called me this morning :D .....

Now, the guy said that he is the MANAGER for the area, and he did received an email from another guy from the complaint department.

But in the email, he should have had an attachment, (the letter I sent) but it's not there.

So he wanted me to send him the letter....I said why don't you just re-send that email to them saying they forgot to attach the doccument in the email they've sent you ?

He said Huh? , or Hein?...

This MANAGER HAVE NO IDEA ON HOW EMAIL WORK :D :D :D

just make sure you fill out the onvelope correctly.
