A friend of mine was given this message by another friend about his case. It looks to me like they are backing off whatever they falsely charged him with..anyone have any comments?

I'm assuming they didn't void it because it hadn't been processed yet?

that's how it appears to me....while in custody, the officer asked him if he knew Dean Clifford and said he had dealt with him before and if I remember correctly was being sued by him

Very soon, whenever someone will be kidnapped, he/she will only have to mention Dean Clifford, and they will release him/her in the spot..... :-D
