Chris EvanAug 08, 2014 7:03 PMCeit, I went back and read through the application and the RMV-1 (the form we need to get plates). NO WHERE did I sign and agree to be bound by MGL ch 90 (Motor Vehicle Act). I couldn't find where I signed!
