2+2=4 no matter who says it, there is value in the lessons of banishment, most are watchers, the ones that speak out usually fuck themselves... it has been very quiet... My point was just to stay on target... They learn that we can take care of ourselves with appropriate documentation and void... the Irony of the above...

I'm interested in the corp and trust, I went to the bank the other day to do some research...and was talking to her about corporations etc from the banks perspective....asked her about credit for a corporation..she told me that the directors of the corporation were personally liable for it....that isn't how I understood a limited liability company to be...I would also have to have a personal credit check done for the corporation to get credit....does that make sense to anyone?

The bank tried to give me the same song and dance, They wanted to attach surety to me personally. Not my purpose in opening an account. I insisted on a account without any attachment to the identity given to me by the state. So the corp needs a million in assets in my case to get credit. I have a couple of process's to finish with some liens. Those liens will then be valuable consideration, assets of the corporation, that then can be used to establish/create credits...

Once the corp liens the name, as part of the Trust... your identity created by the state is an asset of the corp... their persons credit is cooked ... however by placing a value on the lien your create a B O E that you convert to credits... from the debt of their person.

so when the corporation goes to the bank....the value of the lien gives your corporation value that is used in getting credit from the bank? but if liening the name screws my personal credit...and they say i need a personal credit check to get credit...im missing something?

No it is PRIVATE. Just create a simple corporate checking account with the understanding that they will tell you and you will need a certain amount of services to get credit from the bank... for your corp. They really want you to be personally liable... so what you don't. It is a basic checking account is all for the person/corp...
