As if that wasn't enough on Wednesday morning of last week, I got served with a summons to appear in court because my favorite Staff Sgt. of the RCMP is fearing and needs to get a peace bond. He stated that aggressive action, identifying myself as a member of an organization who target police and persons of authority for assault. He is fearing personal injury and damage to property. Does a peace bond run along the same lines as a normal criminal charge, being surety/accounting?

no, the RCMP staff sgt. asked me for id when I was dropping off defaulted affidavits and I said that I didn't have any, and he asked me if I was a non person, told him yes. then he said Freeman on the Land and said yes to that.

you have the right to remain silent why did you choose to not remain silent why did you answer his question do you feel compelled by the officer to have to answer his questions . way do you have to answer his questions?

anytime a cop is in uniform and talks to you it is an offer to contract you ask for his ID badge number and bonding information for any further contract to form you will not let it happen unless you get this information

That was a case of mistaken identity Brenda.

Just send a letter stating that there has been a mistake, because last time you went to have a pee, you noticed that you don't have a penis, so can't possibly be any type of man, free or otherwise...
