Or perhaps she is just busy with life AWAY from the computer and has not seen your questions yet. You cannot honestly expect people to spend day and night tethered to their keyboards, awaiting your comments with baited breath. Lose the attitude and learn some patience.

No. I wrote it right on the original at the court house, it went back in their court file, I went back a few days later and asked for a true certified copy 3x and they would not give it to me other then trying to offer me a true certified copy of a a previously copied order, without the void on it.

This is why you take it home you make an affidavit and you certify mail it certified mail is a record of the event the affidavit forces the court to recognize the new original that was voided

As a party named on the document, she has every RIGHT to "tamper" with it.

this is why they call it tampering because you didn't follow all the administration procedure steps

The orders are contracts. ANY party named on said contract has the right to VOID the contract. The fact that the party is named IS the only authority required.

"Black's law 4th edition". Seriously. Fuck off with that shit. Black's 9th is the current one, and I have warned repeatedly about quoting from your grandparent's time. It is 2013. Use the stuff from this FUCKING CENTURY. I warned about this before, so your will feel a sharp tingling sensation, followed by... BANNED! That said, there seems to be a concerted effort to MISS THE FUCKING POINT. You listen to me, and grasp this shit, or I simply ban you. No more wasting time on idiots who won't listen. TAMPERING VOIDS. PERIOD. VOIDING VOIDS. PERIOD. END RESULT HERE IN FUCKING REALITY = VOID. If they say it's ILLEGAL, who do they charge? The LEGAL NAME? ...well maybe, as long as that LEGAL NAME ISN'T ON THE ALLEGEDLY TAMPERED DOCUMENT. IT"S NOT ILLEGAL FOR A NAMED PARTY TO VOID AND/OR AMEND ANY DOCUMENT WITH THEIR NAME ON IT. IT WILL ALWAYS STAND AS LEGALLY VOID. WATCH THE MECHANICS OF THE PROCESS! ONLY A PERSON CAN BE CHARGED WITH "TAMPERING", but THAT LEGAL PERSON HAS THE ENTITLEMENT (UNALIENABLE RIGHT) TO VOID ANYTHING WITH THEIR NAME ON IT!

IN SHORT: TAMPERING (VOIDING) ISN'T ILLEGAL, IF YOUR NAME IS ON THE DOCUMENT. THEY CANNOT CHARGE A NAMED PARTY ON THE DOCUMENT WITH ANY ILLEGAL ACT REGARDING SUCH A DOCUMENT, BECAUSE IT CANNOT BE ILLEGAL. IT'S ALL ACCOUNTING AND SURETY... OFF TO BAN! ...idiots.

Theoretical exercise here, using the principle that questioning negates understanding: 'The Sheriff handed it to me and when I checked the back page, I told him that this wasn't a true certified copy. His response was "I say it is".' Responses (to the sheriff): Are you claiming to be a party to this document, as I cannot see your name on it? By what authority are you claiming that this is a true certified copy? What evidence do you have to support your claim that this is a true certified copy? Are you offering legal advice? Are you qualified to be providing legal advice? Are you a licensed lawyer? ...Am I on the right track with this line approach or am I just pissing in the wind?

Sherriff in Canada. Canada Various jurisdictions in Canada on provincial and sub-provincial levels operate sheriff's departments primarily concerned with court bailiff services such as courtroom security, post-arrest prisoner transfer, serving legal processes, and executing civil judgements. Sheriffs are defined under Section 2 of the Criminal Code of Canada as "peace officers". In other parts of Canada not covered by a sheriff's agency, bailiff functions are handled directly by the local provincial police or by Royal Canadian Mounted Police as appropriate.
