You will have to send each of these contractor, that forces you to do business with, an INVOICE, and then an ACCOUNT STATEMENT, and then, a NOTICE, and then, a FINAL NOTICE (because you are a nice guy) and then a DEFAULT NOTICE......and then LIEN them :D
