i'm sorry, i dont want to make slight of your story/injury. most here will have experienced/witnessed this type of behaviour, so what do you deem was wrong & who is liable but that wont be relevant in the court that they've prepared for you, read the Notice of mistake thread & court procedure thread ........ and sure you'll be smiling in no time.... not feeling like a helpless victim anymore :)
