Thankyou Maximiliano Perez. This is the third Gold Notes that you have shared and I find them, well, PRICELESS.

Well, I thank Scott, and also some of you that in several ways contribute to the group.

There is more than 400 people in this group, and I perceive not many know what is really happening here, at TTFL (members of different agencies monitoring the page excluded :D).

This place rocks!

Hey, Kirsten, what is this executor beneficiary shit ? :D

What exactly do you EXECUTE, and BENEFIT from ? :D

executor n. the person appointed to administer the estate of a person who has died leaving a will which nominates that person. Unless there is a valid objection, the judge will appoint the person named in the will to be executor. The executor must insure that the person's desires expressed in the will are carried out. Practical responsibilities include gathering up and protecting the assets of the estate, obtaining information in regard to all beneficiaries named in the will and any other potential heirs, collecting and arranging for payment of debts of the estate, approving or disapproving creditor's claims, making sure estate taxes are calculated, forms filed, and tax payments made, and in all ways assist the attorney for the estate

Only PERSONS can LEGALLY execute some shit :P

And only PERSONS can LEGALLY benefit from that shit

So it makes you, being TWO PERSONS :D

EXECUTOR = WITH a WILL

ADMINISTRATOR = WITHOUT a WILL

And DONT FUCK with Kirsten Carlstrom- she has PARTIED with DEPECHE MODE! ;)

Thanks Derek Moran for administrator/executor clarification, I'm going make some changes with that info ~

It's "Christmas" time, Derek Moran.

In a related topic, now that you mentioned the word DICK, and it's "Christmas" time, I used to have a Facebook friend, he would talk so much, everyone called him Mr. Hanky... And I really miss him.
