Well....that is TRUE, the credit rating you're talking about is the PERSON's credit rating, the person you happen to have in your pocket, that same person that the government created, so therefor, it' THEIR'S.....they are surety for it, so by informing them, you may help the person.
Unless you THINK that you are the person, and you are the surety of THE person... ? :/
