If this were Canada, one point of my Affidavit would read:
1. I AM NOT a - 'Her Majesty AND an organization.'
..i just dont know WHAT exactly the equivalent of our Criminal Code here in Canada, is called in the u.s.A, and what the definitions in it read as for stuff like- "every one", "person", etc...
