I`ve completed the administrative process, a couple of weeks later, the bank responded to me, thanking me for getting in touch with them lol and counter offered the previous status quo, so onward to the next step :)

my notary is from another nation and the first thing the bank commented on when they did respond to me was that he was not registered with the attorney general

I found it interesting that they thanked me a few times in the letter

i was looking up notary's these last few days, "some" of them seem to be qualified for cross/outer jurisdiction, on the site i was looking it refered to EU borders but you could bet it'll have a UCC basis

"Through a `presentment under notary seal`send by `XYZ Notary-Public`which, for your edification, is not a registered Public Notary according to the Ministry of the Attorney General Ontario, your claim " then he just goes into what my contract offer was ...(without acknowledging it was accepted through their actions ) I`m thinking it was an intimidation tactic of sorts? or he was thinking he was doing me a favour `educating`me

so basically just saying that he's not part of the club but he's not saying that he's not a notary correct?

As I re read it after getting it I thought to myself...this is a private contract, why would I need a PUBLIC notary?

This is my first administrative process and it has been interesting the programming that has surfaced or been triggered through it.

Gail Blackman - your first notice should contain your counter offer with terms and conditions. 2nd notice is simply due process/notice of fault - offer to cure. 3rd notice is the default - summary judgement. Court adjourned. This then is your agreement between the parties - contract - private record that can be testified to by affidavit in the public. Then you just have to hold onto it:-) amidst a tag team verbal wrestle test (plaintiff/judge).
