Chris Schulte in my affidavit of non-corporate status I can't declare that I'm a resident, domiciled or an inhabitant...Inhabitant is "One who resides actually and permanently in a given place...one is an inhabitant, resident, or citizen at the place where he has his domicile." Black's Law 6th. So what should I declare? That I sleep on private property in the Nation State of Florida?
