Fuck- it just came to me, in that position, where they're just trying to push forward with these CHARGES that apply ONLY to Her Majesty AND an organization: call for VOIRE DIRE - 'a trial within a trial,' ask and find out who has made the LAWFUL DETERMINATION so far to that point that i am apparently supposed to BOTH Her Majesty AND an organization AT THE SAME TIME?
