"Umm...and who do these charges APPLY to exactly?.....OH- 'The Social Contract,' PROOF-OF-CLAIM! Can i actually see a COPY of that where i signed it with my signature agreeing to act as the SURETY for it?...i forget just exactly WHEN i did that"
"Do you take Judicial Notice of the fact your Justice, that i am NEITHER Her Majesty AND, since there is only one of me here, an ORGANIZATION?
Fuck- it just came to me, in that position, where they're just trying to push forward with these CHARGES that apply ONLY to Her Majesty AND an organization: call for VOIRE DIRE - 'a trial within a trial,' ask and find out who has made the LAWFUL DETERMINATION so far to that point that i am apparently supposed to BOTH Her Majesty AND an organization AT THE SAME TIME?
"What evidence do YOU HAVE........" ;)
A l'impossible nul n'est tenu: No one is bound to do what is impossible.
just keep in mind, contracts are dynamic, which means they move on you when you least expect it. So, when you are speaking best know what contracts offers your giving and what you take by not reubutting or accepting their offer on conditions. Or you might be hooped, keep in mind majority of arguments dont mean shit, they dont care what impossible, cant prove anything there are no facts, only contracts being agreed upon by silence or inaction.
Sino doesn't think wrong. Nor does he value the wrong things.
Robert Menard hides his lies with omission, has an imaginary friend, and "just wants a few bucks for his time", because lies of omission are expensive.
The guy running the show (th Your Honour) said @~9:35 "We all have a social contract, you are bound by it whether you agree or not" [my paraphrase]. That is very interesting!
"If I'm bound by a Social Contract, then you will have no problem PRODUCING that contract. Or can I presume contracts too? We're all equals under the law, and there is a secret 'social contract' which says your daughter must choke on my cock, whether she agrees to or not".
I don't like to use too much awesome, when I have so much to spare.
When you have as much awesome as I do, it's really pretentious to just go flaunting it like that... It makes everyone else seem dumb...
...don't get me wrong. They ARE dumb, but they don't like it proven to them.
TL;DR Sorry I'm awesome.
@16 mnutes: marijuana??? oh come on!!! THAT's what this about? I can't decode the boomy audio but I did catch that bit abt weed. Don't get how adults will play this pretend game
Well, from the vid it's plain they don't take kindly to folks muscling in on their turf (eg. drug running). If you're the competition they may not afford you the luxury of informing you.
Dont matter what you got in writing once you step inside their domain, you will be under their house rules and oral contracting is king as per this audio. If he had not contracted in a way that didnt rebut their presumptions he would have been duped. He asked and he made offers back to judge. Even if they threaten you, stand on your square, if you dare :p
ChiefRock I like "Stand on your square" :) n my neck o' the woods the 'authorities' appear to hold to the creed "if hey go for it, use it" . This is most likely true al places. Holding ones ground is then *really* important. A little sentence you can remember in times of trouble is good, and life is full of trouble. 'Stand on your Square ' is good. :)
