I know it is missing some wording! Scott said "every trust says _____" but I can't remember. That file is "missing" from my notes.

A statement ( one or 2 lines) pertaining to the creator, grantor and director?

Who's idea is this?^^ What goes in the blank? Director , CEO, President? A scribble qualified by title? Or just John Barrett? How does a trustee sign, Chris Evan? How does the seal not accept any document?

BTW....I did not use this. This was a first try....

The rules limit what the trustee can do with the res. Or you can leave it to be construed. That's how I saw it. Plus I am pretty sure the PIBLIC needs to know the intent
