I am not wanting to steal S�il Eile's spotlight. I have my own questions to post. I am super overwhelmed, for us all! And for educational purposes...

I came at this from a Human Rights perspective and can not see much difference...it is accounting and surety.

Admiral Duncan has been aware of my status, as a human being, from God. I have not opened my Bible this year. :)

Does the response and signature from my Lieutenant Governor mean the same thing; when he responded to my declaration of private law?

I also have one from the Director of Civil Division, Dept. of Justice, on behalf of Senior Administration, Department of Justice, Minister and Attorney General of the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador, and Lieutenant Governor.

So we create our own, thru creating and granting a trust to our corporation to insulate and protect our humaness thru the person and proxy of someone we can trust: ourselves by proxy...

Take what we require, share the rest and find like minded individuals to get thru it...

We have to create our own privileges.... :-)

no... not nothing. It is a fine example of valuing the wrong things. I do not know all the particulars, and as a PRIVATE trust, I am not accountable to another organization unless an agreement is in place, As director of your own affairs, it is a valuable lesson... so my point learn and move on... Your law has been recognized... that is not a bad thing.

From appearances, one would say, it is what isn't said... not so much as a WHO... ( noble Lie) only recognition of persons is in all the dictionaries and laws from what I can see, as the term human is not used in any acts, statutes, etc it is always some kind of person...

Derek Moran, nobody determines rights. Animals don't have rights, because they don't respect MY rights.

"Justice Low" and "Justice Stinson" don't have rights for the same reason, and both will deal with me personally for that...

...but "Rights" are CONTRACT. Nothing else.

Is sending one's CLAIM OF RIGHT they've drafted to a Government-Trustee-public servant then, an OFFER to CONTRACT?

Well, let me tell you that I gave a 'ride' to a bunch of idiots to a crack dealers house. (I did not know of my predicament) We pulled up and a tinted car got in front of my vehicle. ( the same vehicle that was snooping around Family Court and CYF$ last year, taking pictures of us raising awareness ;) and wanting to know who our new friends were...Protecting Canadian Children) So, the boy got out and tried to secure the deal. We waited and he chatted to fellow crack heads. Knocked again. No go. After 20 minutes, we leave and I am not around two corners and we have all kinds of cruisers, officers, both uniformed and not, and wagons. They know who we ALL are in the car. I tell the boys to shut up and roll up. The cops harass me and my passengers and ask me for a license. Here is my Declaration, officers. :) I do not have a license. You will have to issue me a ticket. They threaten me with arrest. I say I left my purse at home and YOU are wasting MY time. Give me your badge numbers. :P They then got mad at me and stated I was wasting their time. :) And I drove off... after they did. :)
