NEW THREAD ON BILL OF EXCHANGE, because the actual one is fucked up with GOD shit....

OK....lets do it again....

OK, there are three parties to a Bill of Exchange, the drawer, the drawee and the payee.....who is who ? The drawer = PIERRE DAOUST The Drawee = Bank of Canada The Payee = The ticket company ( City of Toronto let say)

Is that make sense ?

So when that ticket company (City of Toronto let say) send PIERRE DAOUST that bill of exchange, it is INCOMPLETE right ?...

My job, as the lawful holder in due course of PIERRE DAOUST is to complete that thing...right ?

By ACCEPTING it, sign it and put the PIERRE DAOUST's account number on it and send it to the drawee, which is the Bank of Canada .....right ?

Frisbey is not crazy in what he is saying... Pete, He is trying to explain the power of discharging a bill of exchange or settling an account to zero... taking away debt. the stamps are the tools... look up SUPRA PROTEST. for a start, serious... this is good stuff..

ACCEPTOR SUPRA PROTEST, in contracts, is a third person, who, after protest for non-acceptance by the drawee, accepts the bill for the honor of the drawer, or of the particular endorser. 2. By this acceptance he subjects himself to the same obligations as if the bill had been directed to him. An acceptor supra protest has his remedy against the person for whose honor he accepted, and against all persons who stand prior to that person. If he takes up the bill for the honor of the endorser, he stands in the light of an endorsee paying full value for the bill, and has the same remedies to which an endorsee would be entitled against all prior parties, and he can, of course, sue the drawer and endorser., 1 Ld. Raym. 574; 1 Esp. N. P. Rep. 112; Bayly on Bills, 209; 3 Kent. Com. 57; Chitty on Bills, 312. The acceptor supra protest is required to give the same notice, in order to charge a party, which is necessary to be given by other holders. 8 Pick. 1. 79; 1 Pet. R. 262. Such acceptor is not liable, unless demand of payment is made on the drawee, and notice of his refusal given. 3 Wend. 491.

So Pete Daoust if you go to the photo I posted that Adam Thomas and Who-are You Frisbey have been teaching. You will see a stamp that has the term supra protest on it... accepting a bill for one dollar.... to settle the account.. When used with other appropriate stamps you have the power to settle the account for $1.05.... Taking away the bankers play money... and discharging debt... at the same time :-)

Where the DRAWER has created your name normally top left hand corner just rubber stamp over your name....then initial the amended offer to contract/BoE because that's what you do Derek Moran, because you can thats why because I fucking say so too so there....all amendments must be initialed but where does it say this on their never ending roll of toilet paper?? Silly part is, out of 3 I sent out (asking for the original instrument of indebtedness to be returned at the conclusion of the customer relationship), only one recipient of the invoice wanted further information & yes, they admitted they sold it...the other 2 have just dishonoured and acquiesced by their silence...default letters going out tomorrow

the back of my remit payment coupon voucher says. please return all payment coupons with your check or money order payable to DTE Energy. 5 business days prior to the due date do not send cash or cash no to this payment coupon. be sure to write your account numbers on your check or money order. so this is exactly what I do to get rid of discharge that that I make it into a check and money order god damnit. exit stage left even.

it asks on the front please indicate amount paying I scratch out paying and put discharge and I put $200 there because I'm not paying I'm discharging the thing and then I initial it. I'm always a good tipper so I add a few dollars always to the company so that they get extra money and I just charge more debt

John with your utility bills ye reslly don't need the postage stamps...it's just an offer to contract but ye can of course still use them but don't bother putting a signature through the one dollar stamp as it's their payment....just lick the top part so they can pull it off literally & use it again....
