Recently I've been thinking, trying to get back to real basics, what is my name - who owns it? Is it mine? And if it is then where is the proof? Seroiusly, if MY name is MINE where is proof of ownership? This is where I need to start. Quite frankly I don't feel confident in saying 'My name is such-and.such,cos folk,s I'm not sure it really is MINE. Now I wouldn'nt want to participat in a fraud, so if if isn't MINE then why should I use it? Here in tender for law the subject may have been broached but I can't find it (help me please if my facebook searching is inadequate). Scott this is your place, maybe I missed something...you know. What I'm getting at is: I've given up all benefits from the state and declared independence, and I'm comfortable with that. But a few questions remain, maybe others ask this too: .....oh shit...nobody wants to address this... oh what the fuck, I'm just gonna say it... COUNTRIES. Yeah, slave camps. "I'm a proud American, OR I'm a proud Canadian OR i'm a proud Norwegian or Tongan OR I'm a...you get the idea. Please folks get out of that mindset, we're just folks trying to get along. All that crazy freeman stuff is great wheh you've got 'constitutions' and 'bills of rights' and stuff, but did you ever think that folks in the old world haven't got that? We REALLY don't have that, but we're folks like you. We're under ancient monarchies. We really all need to pull together and realise that old borders are crap. Powerise your Bullshit-O-Meter, and see that when it smells like shit is probably is SHIT. We gotta pull together. And about the Name...I need to know I own it or I'm not going to use it. Verbiage welcome :)

It seems like deception from the start, the parents are not given full disclosure and so unwittingly aid and abett the fraud. Parents then unwittingly convince the child 'IT' is that name, and so, on, through school, training, employent.

Of course the taxes, etc are extracted and everyone, well almost everyone goes along with it because they believe they have to.

Then there's the signature, sign of nature, proof of life, which is required for credit/debt creation. It seems the all caps name, deadman, Needs the rejoinder to the living energy of the 'sign'-er, living being/consciousness, in order to make this work.

In this way, I can see they are urging, confusing, and coercing the living flesh being to make representation of the deadman..

I think it makes the sometimes confused use of Gods Law, easier to understand, as true law, rather than the cartoon guy in the sky.

True law, because it is in opposition to word magic, deception, etc.

I'm pretty sure the signature is mine. But its not for signing their binding spells with. It's for signing the silver bullets to bring their shit down.

My taken name is Pierre Daoust. That is the name I've took to communicate with other humans, that is MINE.

The name of the PERSON the government created when I was born is PIERRE DAOUST. That is not "ME" and not MINE.

I hear you Rick Carne, I just mention this because lots of people are asking this question....DO I OWN MY NAME........and I always reply by : WHICH ONE ?...and often, they don't know what to answer.....and then, it gives me an open door for a great discussion....

You can call yourself anything you like, as long as that is not done for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose. The name your parents gave you was to identify you from others within society, instead of you being identified as 'Hey You!', and that name will be shown of your Registration of Live Birth (from which is created the Birth Certificate). Consequently, you are the Man/Woman known as Mik Hartwell. Mik Hartwell is only the beneficiary of the PERSON called MIK HARWELL, and not the Trustee or Surety. Who ever created and used the name for the PERSON, MIK HARTWELL, owns that name by creation and, therefore, is the Trustee with the liability of Surety.
