Derek Moran Is it true that if I include my bc with my court documents the bc inclusion will place me in the position of executor and beneficiary? I also heard that any document presented in the courts must be notarized or the judge may ignore the document. If the above suggestions are true would I then need to have my bc notarized, and by doing so would be altering the bc? Would notarizing my bc place me in harms way, and should I include it with my court documents?

I notarized my affidavit of my Notice of Mistake and my Actual Notice and sent it to the Crown, with an affirmation they they were served. :)

Isn't the birth certificate copyrighted. If so who owns the copyright. It's not us, we receive no more than a receipt/copy. What I would like to know, is Is it the certificate itself that is under copyright ? Or is the name under copyright also, My thinking is this, if the name is owned by another, how can anything acquired through it belong to anyone but the owner. And if this is the case, isn't the birth certificate proof of the fraud, and the setting up of offices, agents, buying paper, ink, etc represent proof of intent to deceive and defraud.
