Am i to think Dean Clifford or Scott Duncan, that the LIEN this particular certificate 'constitutes' on the PROPERTY, is their very disingenuous way mind you, of PROTECTING the property for us, with the idea in mind that ONE day MAYBE we might just wake-up, and come CLAIM the PROPERTY for OURSELVES?
..in the meantime, the LIEN this Receiver's Certificate represents, serves to protect the PROPERTY from falling-into-the-hands of someone/anyone else?
