Ok. I have a couple things I would like clarified. If one has a "Rural Property Tax Notice", IS it a bill of exchange if there is no signature, but at the top left corner a simple little logo is present? If there is a due date that has passed, can one still apply the procedure of accepted and backed by (on back) no recourse by me etc?

When you receive BoE Cara, they are INCOMPLETE.....as soon as you will put your PERSON's signature on it, the date and your PERSON's account number, it will become a COMPLETED BoE....these BoE are sent to the PERSON, not you

I understand that. Just wondering if the "due date" has any effect on the process, and how to know if it IS truly a BoE (what the logo has to say). It simply has the half sun with BRITISH COLUMBIA beside.
