K- competent jurisdiction, got it. The problem with that though is, is that im sure the City of Toronto feels they are providing for us a court of COMPETENT JURISDICTION, when you go to THEIR courts for a parking-ticket, too. To me then a court of competent jurisdiction, is the one that you CLAIM for yourself.
