Ive heard of INHERITANCE, COMMON LAW, EQUITY, ADMIRALTY jurisdiction....and you've mentioned Scott you've claimed the jurisdiction of SUI JURIS before- but no, ive never heard of the term 'Competent Jurisdiction'
