You've had experience going to court with the Crown, David. I suggest you go to a Court of Equity with the Superior Court of Ontario, so you can DELIVER the Birth Certificate you were given to the Registrar General of Ontario himself and/or his representative. However.....you're going to have to get one FIRST.
