I've got arrested back in January for a speeding ticket.

I wrote NO CONTRACT in red on the ticket and sent it back registered Mail.

3 weeks ago, I received a BoE of $295, and on the upper portion of it, it says that I was found GUILTY and I was SENTENCED to pay this $295.

So I sent them a NOTICE saying that I received this, and ASKED the name, address and inscription number of WHO entered a plea on my PERSON, and WHO sentenced my PERSON.

I gave them 10 days to answer, and this 10 days ended july the 25th.

Since I have NO ANSWERS from them

What do I do now ? :D

So my goal is: I want to have the NAME, address and inscription number of this STRANGER who entered a PLEA for PIERRE DAOUST, and the NAME, address and inscription number of the STRANGER who sentenced PIERRE DAOUST :D

So I am asking you, what would be the best next step.

I've thought about sending a 2nd Notice, Notifying them that I have not heard from them, and that the info I REQUEST is very important for "ME".

..maybe include that as an extra-question at the end of the NOTICE OF MISTAKE?

- WHO EXACTLY AGREED to ACCEPT SURETY in this matter when THEY entered a PLEA in MY ABSENCE, as this BILL then should be sent to THE SURETY WHO ENTERED THE PLEA, and is this not GROUNDS FOR PERSONATION and/or IDENTITY THEFT?

Pete Daoust: I thought you did. Yet, after about ten minutes into a conversation with a public servant about 5 or six weeks back, when I told her that I was recording the conversation, she said that i was breaking the law by not informing her from the beginning of the conversation, and she hung up after telling me she was going to call the police on me. I immediately called the cops and informed them that I had recorded a public servant. The sergeant at the desk said that I did nothing illegal.

I should add that she claimed that her superiors had instructed her and her fellow public servants to immediately end any conversation upon learning they are being recorded. They want to record us, but, they don't like the thought of us recording them. Go figure. :)

The PERSON named PIERRE DAOUST has been juged by a COMPUTER SYSTEM.

If it was "computer" who found guilt, I would think you might ask them "Who is in charge of the operation(s) of computer? It seems this computer and/or its operator and/or the software guys have created a problem and I need to know, who the responsible parties."
