So my goal is: I want to have the NAME, address and inscription number of this STRANGER who entered a PLEA for PIERRE DAOUST, and the NAME, address and inscription number of the STRANGER who sentenced PIERRE DAOUST :D

Usually anyone I've heard of who has sent the ticket back with "no contract" gets a court date sent first before they get a "guilty charge"

Yet, after about ten minutes into a conversation with a public servant about 5 or six weeks back, when I told her that I was recording the conversation, she said that i was breaking the law by not informing her from the beginning of the conversation, and she hung up after telling me she was going to call the police on me. I immediately called the cops and informed them that I had recorded a public servant. The sergeant at the desk said that I did nothing illegal.

only one party needs to know, it is not illegal to record anything if you are a concerned party.

I should add that she claimed that her superiors had instructed her and her fellow public servants to immediately end any conversation upon learning they are being recorded. They want to record us, but, they don't like the thought of us recording them. Go figure. :)

If it was "computer" who found guilt, I would think you might ask them "Who is in charge of the operation(s) of computer? It seems this computer and/or its operator and/or the software guys have created a problem and I need to know, who the responsible parties."
