ok...here is one thing I do every night.....
For some reasons, I BELIEVE that my body can ill itself, I am deeply convinced that some little spaceships are inside of me by trillions, and I order them each night before I fall to sleep, to do the cleaning inside of me, I want them to ELIMINATE everything that is NOT good for my body....oh wait..!!!!....FUCK!!!....maybe that is WHY I am brainless ? :/....
Anyway, that could be considered as BULLSHIT, but I still do it anyway......true story :(
