Funny thing about that though, Chad. Since then, i listened to an audio from Karl Lentz Scott has highly recommended. Karl told whoever he was talking to- "No, Rules of Civil Procedure, are RULES, that the COURT is bound to. Im NOT the court, im not bound by those RULES, THEY are. I on the other hand, IM BOUND by THE LAW."
