ok just so i`m clear...My dentist bill has his stamp on it...I signed the back, dated it and put my SIN on it....it`s been almost a month and no response at all....should I send a notice to them to them confirming their receipt of my signed bill and set a term of 30 days for a check to be issued to my dentist?
