The Bill Of Exchange way eliminates debt ( all the stamps, it is more than just fluff... fuck)... our goal is to take the debt out of the banks hands, by doing a B O E we actually discharge debt.... it ceases to exist... diminishing the hold the banks have on everyone...one step further... crypto-currency....
