Check this out, and this is from experience, if you claim to be an estate, a judge will ask you Who granted you an estate (as if you own the estate). If you answer anything other than the creator, or god, he will rip you to shreds. Estate law dictates, estates are granted, created, and established, by your father, and his father, all the way back to the creater who established the first estate and trust.
