derek. You dont have to sound like that. you simply make it known that you conditionally except upon full disclosure of all hidden terms and conditions, clarification of terms and definitions. You can make it really complex, or simple, and then just get more complicated if they dont understand. You musnt get in your own way with details. Thats wha they want.
