ah...ok I read something the other day on this... The old age benefits have been called social security as well... The name may have changed but the INTENT is still the same... bend over, where to find the exact estate law.. hmmm... I think the trail would start at what happens when your vessel expires and your accounts and estate are then property of the state until you WILL it somewhere else...
