In my FOURTH letter, asking Hydro-Quebec on HOW to deal with this, and asking them to explaine EVERYTHING to me, I pointed the fact that I was really deceived, because of their COMPLETE SILENCE, regarding my request on REMITTANCE ADVICES.....I am telling them ALL THE TRUTH, and they don't even dare answering me.....I have all the proofs that I am acting in good faith, and I have ALL the proofs, that they don't act in good faith...
