I go to the mail box.
I open it.
Oppsss�.a Bill of Exchange addressed to PIERRE DAOUST inside the mail box.
I open the envelop.
There is a debt attached to this BoE.
This debt is sent to a person named PIERRE DAOUST.
PIERRE DAOUST is NOT �ME�
PIERRE DAOUST has been created by the Government.
The government is SURETY for PIERRE DAOUST
So as the lawful holder of PIERRE DAOUST I have 2 choices.
1). Buy back this debt and pay for it.
2). Turn this BoE so I can ACCEPT BY:____________, date it, put PIERRE DAOUST�s account number on it�and send it registered mail to the Bank of Canada, because this is where they have to deal with this, because it is the GOVERNMENT�s bank.
