I respond to all government crap, PAUL NEIL ROWE, Estate, correcting them by adding estate to the corperate presumption they attempt to apply and impose on me, and they tend to look for a way out of engaging me further, especially if they get the chance to ask me my name in court, and repond NO, Paul Neil Rowe is not my name, it is a name given me, as property that I possess. And I refuse to plead Not Guilty, a negative that cant be proven, as I am Innocent of any crime, and pleading for me transfers surity to the person pleading.
