Oy... is not commerce based on Bills? A public notice is a bill, an offer to contract, a tender.... Bills of exchange are at the very heart of the matter. Selling for the sum of a dollar is an old practice. I have bought a number of cars that way... As with law, there may be more than 1 way to accomplish the same end game... fuck.
