By the way Pete Daoust and Adam Thomas I was told today that rcmp would not take a complaint as they have been told that my younger kid is safe and in the care of the agency. Also two of the middle daughters friends got their homes searched looking for the kid. The social worker told one of the kids parents again that our home and property is unsafe for them to go to. What the fuck? So if we have the kid tied up and beating her in the closet too bad for her, cause it is unsafe for the rcmp or the social workers to come here? What a sad sack of shit in both agencies. CPS also texted the kid stating that they are going to continue searching peoples homes looking for her, unless she complies with see cps. I would think that this is at the very least harassment.

I would go to this cps thing, and tell them : If you don't give back my property in the next 15 minutes, I will file criminal charges against you, under art. 337 of the CCC. As soon as they open their mouth to spread any bullshit, I would right away say: HEY, I'm not here to negotiate with you, I here to take back what's mine, you have 13 minutes left. If they try again to talk over you, say this again: If you don't give back my property in the next 12 minutes, I will file criminal charges against you, under art. 337 of the CCC. And This: If you don't give back my property in the next 10 minutes, I will file criminal charges against you, under art. 337 of the CCC. Until the clock is over....of course, record all this, and right after you go to RCMP and file charge, you don't ask them if they want, you file the fucking charges.....and record again.... If they don't want to do their job, you call the National Defense... I would go very far for my children.....extremely far...I have the balls to do it, and so as you. That I require the return of my property immediately. 4. That on July 22, 2013 I went to the Antigonish Justice Centre to get a true certified copy of the Temporary Care and Custody Order. 5. That the court clerk, Crystal Teasdale, tried to give me a previously returned copy of the Temporary Care and Custody Order, which I refused because it was not a true certified copy. 6. That Janice Gillis Mclean, court adminstartor came out and stated that there were marks on the order and it was in the judges hands as to what to do with it next. 7. That Janice did try and give me a previously returned copy of the Temporary Care and Custody Order as well and I refused it because it was not a true certified copy. 8. I will do that Pete Daoust. Thanks for straightening it up in my mind. When I was siting in the courthouse waiting (they did that on purpose) for my paper work to get it and pay for it. I saw the RCMP walking up the way and into the building. I knew that he was coming to see me, and I could feel my heart pounding in my chest. I know that It sounds stupid, but I get very nervous, I know that I shouldn't but I didn't know if I was about to be arrested or what. Although I'm not scared to get arrested, have been twice before. And then when there was a bit of a break because other people were coming into the courthouse I just by off chance decided to ask about making a complaint about the youngest one being missing, and stupid me didn't realize it was not missing but stolen. Just a by the way thing, I did hear on one of Karl Lentz audio's that a mother did walk into the cps office in Manitoba and demanded her property be returned and apparently it was without having to go to court.

Well, Pete Daoust, my best laid plans got shot down today. I had full intentions and had affidavit ready to serve on Case Work Supervisor Cow, but she is on vacation till next Tuesday. So the next best thing was Josh Case Work Supervisor wannabe, but all the paper work was written up with the Cow's name on it. So I can do it again tomorrow. But as I was dropping off paper work to CPS office, get this they now have a short fat security woman sitting there. LOL I am 50+, but I could out run that bitch. Josh came back from lunch as I was getting my papers stamped and photocopied. He wanted to know if I had seen the kid. I just ignored him. Then I walked down to the courthouse and they had someone there already waiting so I sat down to wait my turn. My dear friend, RCMP staff sergeant Perry came in and said Barb can I talk to you for a second. Right away I though of him taking a big crap, right away I wasn't nervous. LOL I didn't say anything. He said are you ignoring me? I said no, do I have to answer questions? Perry " I know you might have read one of those little cards somewhere, don't talk to the police, and if your not under arrest make sure you are detained and all of those good things, but I gotta tell you right now, life's not like that. Life is more of a reality then stuff you read on the internet people preach. I think that you have been asked several times about your daughter by several police officers, if you have any information to volunteer, I think it would be worth while. Not interested? I did remember to pull off on to private property which I did, and then the car followed me. I was hoping that some people that we knew were there, but only one broad was there. My favs were in the cop car, Rehill the one that questioned me Aug. 1 at the court house and Perry that I just been talked to before. Did I know that my license plate and vehicle didn't match? And where is my insurance and drivers license and registration for the vehicle. Told him I didn't have any of those things. Well then we have to tow the vehicle. I said why it is on private land? He said that I was operating on the highway and if I don't have insurance then it is to be towed. Plus I was trying to evade the police. LOL. Where is my registration. Don't have any. So this is stolen? I said why is it coming up stolen? I was trying to lock the keys in the car but he made sure that he was standing in the way and told me that I was obstructing a police officer. I finally got the car insurance out, he phoned it in, it all turned out to be legit, told me that I needed to go to the DMV and register the vehicle to the plate, asked me for my drivers license a couple of times and then just left. I think that they were hoping to find the kid in the car with me.

The part that I don't understand is how come they haven't been here yet and how come they are asking? If they think that a child is in danger here, why have they not come and forced they way on the property? I don't know if it was the RCMP or CPS, something tells me it was cps, telling parents of kids' friends - don't remember exact words any more but crazy shit happens here and it is a dangerous place.

well as of 11 am this morning, my one daughter was apprehended by force with a 6 member swat team in full tactical gear include what looked like guns but more so like grenade launchers, 2 RCMP armed with pepper spray and a dog handler with dog and armed with some kind of what looked like fire extingishers. All for one child that ran away from foster care and told cps to f off because she was finally happy again after almost 2 years and felt safer in her own home than any foster care she was ever in.

One thing that I do have to say is that voiding a court order works. I have living proof of it. The original order was for a locate and detain order for the RCMP and I voided that one out. They got a new one issued the past Tuesday and the funny thing is that on this one it is stamped true certified copy, but my only question is how are they able to get these orders if the original order has been voided. Do I need to send in an affidavit of that fact, that the original Temporary Care and Custody Order has been voided? Pete tomorrow morning I am going to charge the workers with stealing my property.

If these orders are contracts pertaining to you, do they not need to give NOTICE before things are just issued?

The first ex parte order that I voided was served on me by an RCMP officer in the court house the first time that I tried to get original Temporary Care and Custody Order true certified copy of. I learned of it and was able to void it.
