I love it! But, here's the only problem I can see...the eyewitness testimony of the people who saw him after he was pronounced 'dead' and came back to life :P When was he dead and when considered alive again? I can see a hung jury on this one :D

Could you imagine the can of worms this would open up if they actually listened to the case? Every crackpot from every theist doctrine would be lawyer'n-up to fight in courts.

Let the truth come out! The bonus is that they would piss away their coffers, the bad is the courts and lawyers would be (more) rich from it. Notwithstanding, the Zombies (believers) would never know any different.
