Affidavits from witness's, vid as evidence, badge numbers bond numbers, Detachment info, commanding officer info, report it to provo marshal general thru military police... file an invoice with charges against said accomplices, before during and after the fact.... 3 notices and a default... Lien the fuckers for everything they have... take everything they have... plus jail time, set up soup kitchen for the De-tached and set up kick a cop in the face day across the country for detachments that have evidence of beatings... throw a big party... for educational purposes only... ;-)
