Pete Daoust

This is very interesting, and I LOVE it, but would it be more effective if it would say:

Any PARTY without having made it EXPRESSLY known to ME, and/or PIERRE DAOUST ab initio, that you INTEND to ATTEMPT, to contract with ME, and/or PIERRE DAOUST, then ANY party attempting to contract with ME, and/or PIERRE DAOUST without the EXPRESS NOTICE required, such attempts SHALL be considered NULL-and-VOID ab initio and of no LAWFUL and/or LEGAL force-and-effect.

? :/

I'm just saying this because "ME", obviously, no PERSON can or would want to contract with "ME", since "ME" is NOT a PERSON.

"ME", can only contract with another "ME". And this is the MOST private contract around :D
